Here we go... my 6th glass of "green drink." I'm a pro at it now!
Here is my daily breakfast and it actually is pretty good.
And this is the salad I ate for lunch and dinner. Pretty creative, huh.
So after this long and extremely difficult experience, here I try to look extra skinny before I go to the gym. Overall it was worth the experience. Tonight I was extremely frustrated that I gained two pounds since this morning just for eating more greens and eating less. So I am proud to say I am done and I ate a normal mean tonight which consisted of rice pilaf (my favorite!), Roasted chicken, steamed carrots with parsley and butter, Mom's homemade rolls, and salad. Never have I been so grateful for carbs, protein, and variety in my meals than tonight! I think Daniel and Sarah are very correct that the most accurate and dependable way to lose weight is to lessen your portions, be careful about what you put into your mouth, and excercize. That is my goal while I'm home- to excersize and eat healthy. So thank you Sarah and Danielle for your comments. I'm also sorry to say, Mom, that this diet is not for weight loss, but for to say the least, cleansing out our bodies of any impurities. I feel very good about the food I ate and was extremely proud that I had the self discipline to do it! I for sure will never forget the experience.

I had no idea that you even blogged! How fun!
Because I just now found out, I'm wondering what on earth that nasty looking green stuff is for? Obviously, ingestion, but why on earth?!?
I'm glad you're back to real food. Good job doing the diet for so long! I really am impressed with your stamina.
Also, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! You're 19 today! How does it feel, being as old as a missionary? AND being able to eat cake! :)
Hey guess what! I tagged you.
Yuck. No more green drink. Yuck.
Those pictures reminded me of our house growing up. “Green Drink” was something all too familiar. I don’t mind green drinks as long as they have the veggies but taste like fruit. :)
