I'm baaaccckk!!! :)

So, I realize it was April 3rd when I last posted on my blog...

And I also realize A LOT has happened since then... But I don't want to bore you with a list of all the things I've done since then- so I'll just jot down the most important things. I'm at school now and it's the first month mark of the semester! I am loving it, although not as much as last semester. It's different, and therefore hard to compare. I am in an apartment now with such cute and wonderful girls. I am taking 15 credits (was taking 17 although I dropped one because I couldn't handle the stress of it all) and still am stressed with the horrific amount of homework I have to do every night...

I am not a declared major although I think I've decided I want to do something along the line of Social Work. That way I have the option to be a counsellor in an elementary school, or work with special ed kids. I would love to eventually work in an elementary school doing either of those things. Another possibility is majoring in social work then getting my masters in music therapy (if that's an option- I haven't really researched it). I'm in a General Psychology class right now that I enjoy, although I don't think I'll want to go into psychology as my major as I'd origonally planned. At least I've got more of a plan now though! That's certainly a relief.

As for a social life, well, I'm not getting much of one... I am making a lot of friends, however, I'm just not getting much free time to spend with them! One of these days I'll need to figure out how to finish my homework before 3 AM and have more fun in my days! So far I haven't done a good job at either...

Ann Louise picked me up at the Long Beach airport and we drove up to Eagle Rock to visit Saya! She goes to Oxydental University up there. She took us to the school's cafeteria of some sorts, where we met up with her good friend, Alex.

After a long and very eventful night in Eagle Rock with Saya we crashed in her apartment. It's kinda nice. She has no roommates so we just joined the beds together and surprisingly slept well all throughout the night! Oh do I love Ann Louise. :)

We went to breakfast at a fun little breakfast place. It is so popular there's a waiting list to get in and eat there. Aparently it's famous and I think celebrities have eaten here. Pretty cool, huh?...
